Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that life happens! All I ask is that if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hour hours' notice may be subject to a 50% fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
If you are running more than 15 minutes behind, I may not be able to complete your service and it may be considered a late cancellation.
